Blizzard launches an online store
It has very nice design and sells both PC games & board games, books, guides and even action figures…
What Starcraft gamers that have lost their old CDs should really like is this product:
The StarCraft Anthology
Previously your only choice was buying 2 games at $10 a piece or the battle chest which is also 2 games at $10 a piece with guides you don’t need.

If you register your games to your "Blizzard Account", you can re-download the ones that are available digitally for FREE! If, in your example, the person still had the CD-Key, they don't even need to buy it again! This is very useful.
